These Terms and Conditions govern the use of this website and the purchase of goods and services from Electrical4u (Pty) Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”), registered in South Africa, trading from 24 Archimedes Street, Secunda, 2302, Mpumalanga.
Electrical4u provides electrical contracting services including 24hr standby callouts, solar installations, smart fault-finding, full residential and commercial wiring installations, pool and spa electrical hookups, single and three-phase system maintenance, and geyser repairs. Quotes provided are estimates and may be adjusted after an on-site assessment.
Products listed on this website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where a listed price or product description is incorrect. Where payment has already been made for a cancelled order, a full refund will be issued.
All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable, unless stated otherwise. We accept the payment methods indicated at checkout. Prices for products and services may change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
Delivery timeframes provided are estimates only. Installation work is carried out by qualified, certified electricians in accordance with South African electrical safety standards (SANS 10142) and Municipal by-laws. A Certificate of Compliance (CoC) will be issued where legally required.
Products carry the warranty offered by their original manufacturer or supplier. Workmanship on installations is guaranteed for a period agreed in writing at the time of the quote. This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.
You may cancel an online order before it has been dispatched or work has commenced. Returns of unused, unopened products are accepted within 7 days of delivery, in line with the Consumer Protection Act. Custom-ordered or installed items are not eligible for return once fitted.
While we take every care in the products we sell and the work we carry out, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from product misuse, third-party installation, or failure to follow supplied safety and usage instructions.
We process personal information (such as your name, contact details, and address) only for the purposes of quoting, invoicing, and delivering services, in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). We do not sell your information to third parties.
